This galvanised flange plate is an accessory to be welded to a post so as you can bolt the post to your concrete surface if the concrete is pre-existing. Most people use Dynabolts to bolt it down or we can supply you with drive-down, 'Mushroom Headed Spikes' for quick install (check related Products on your right) but there are a variety of other sorts of fixings that will also work. We can also organise for the flange/s to be welded to any of our posts if you want. Please call if you need us to organise the welding to the posts.
