These large, 80 x 158mm cardstock tags serve a dual purpose: tagout equipment in need of service and inform
supervisor of the machine�s status. Simply fill in the necessary information then attach the top portion of the tag
to the lockout device in place and tear away the bottom and return it to the appropriate supervisor. The Key Tags
have a detachable part suitable for attaching to the appropriate locking key. Both parts are pre-numbered
(factory chooses the starting number).
