Anti-corrosive black paint designed to match the bright finish of hot
dip galvanising. Zinc Guard Black Zinc provides a tough and durable finish to steel
and iron and is ideal for Industrial and decorative applications.
Suitable for use as a top coat over Dy-Mark's Zinc-Gal.
Dy-Mark Zinc Guard™ Black Zinc is a fast drying epoxy based black zinc coating which provides excellent adhesion, corrosion resistance and long lasting durability to metal surfaces. It can be used as an anti-corrosive primer and top coat in a one step application. It can also be used as a touch up coating for welded areas on galvanised products, however for longer term protection and highly corrosive conditions Dy-Mark Zinc Guard™ Cold Galvanising Coating primer is recommended before the application of Dy-Mark Zinc Guard™ Black Zinc as a finish coat.
