To make this sign we use a plotter that is connected to a computer and we cut out the lettering using the plotter then we weed out all the vinyl from around the lettering then we apply application paper tape (app tape) on top of the letters to hold them all aligned to each other for transferring from the app tape to your door using a rubber squeegee.

(a) Install complying door signage to all fire and smoke doors in

accordance with BCA Clause 02.23 and with the wording as follows.

(b) A sign referred to in (a) must be in capital letters not less than 20mm

high in a colour contrasting with the background and state-

(i) for an automatic door held open by an automatic hold-open

device-

"FIRE SAFETY DOOR- DO NOT OBSTRUCT"; or

(ii) for a self-closing door-
