As part of the Disability Discrimination Act, and to meet Building Codes of Australia requirements, itis now mandatory to provide Tactile Warning Indicators to stairs, ramps and many other changing conditions. These Tactile Indicators have a raised profile to alert visually impaired individuals of an up coming hazard, or provide them with guidance for safe passage. The Tactiles are available in twotypes: round ridge patterns for warning of hazards; or a long, straight ridge pattern for direction alguidance. The adhesive is a strong, 2-Part mixture that is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.No need to recess rubber indicators � adhere directly to the surface.New user-friendly 600x900mm size available.

Optional mechanical fixings are
not required however they are offered as an optional extra in case you
are concerned about the corners potentially lifting and creating a trip
hazard however if you have used the adhesive correctly then mechanical
fixings are rarely ever required.
